Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Coachero, you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the health disclaimer below.

Not medical advice. Coachero provides general fitness and nutrition information and AI-generated estimates. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult your doctor before starting or changing any exercise or diet program. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Coachero. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Coachero is intended for adults and is not offered to minors.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI features

Coachero uses AI to estimate calories, analyze photos, generate summaries, and answer questions. These outputs are estimates and can be wrong. Verify anything important — particularly nutrition figures and anything affecting your health — and don't rely on them as your sole source of truth.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or access other users' data.
Don't use Coachero for any unlawful purpose or upload content you don't have the right to submit.
Don't attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it to operate the service for you (including sending relevant content to the AI provider to generate features you request). How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may set or adjust usage limits (including limits on AI features by plan). We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

You can stop using Coachero and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
